The demonstration
Villa Aurea is a self-initiated visualisation and interactive study made from a licensed architectural model. It is not a client case study, a surveyed property or a construction document. The floor plans, furnishings and material studies are illustrative and must not be relied on for building work.
Working together
Every commissioned project is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, timing, revisions, confidentiality and usage rights. Website descriptions do not replace that agreement. Pilot availability and the suitability of supplied material are confirmed before work starts.
Images and intellectual property
Website images, identity and interactive work may not be copied or resold without permission. Underlying models and other licensed material remain subject to their own licences. Commissioned deliverables and commercial usage rights are addressed in the project agreement.

If something on the website is inaccurate, inaccessible or not working, write to info@cloudlyspaces.com. We aim to keep the information current, but availability and technical compatibility can change. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
