What you choose to share
An enquiry may include your name, contact details, company, project information and links you provide. We use these to reply, discuss your project and, if agreed, prepare and deliver services. Please do not send confidential plans until any required NDA is in place.
How an enquiry reaches us
Enquiries are delivered by email, not stored in a website lead database. If the website opens your email app, the message is sent only when you send it there. Our email is operated through Google Workspace; the website is hosted by Google Firebase. These providers process information under their applicable data-processing terms.
Why and how long
We process enquiries to take steps you request before a contract, to perform an agreed contract, and for our legitimate interest in answering business correspondence and protecting the website. We retain correspondence only while needed for the enquiry, the business relationship or applicable legal obligations. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Your choices
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or a copy of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, UODO, or the authority where you live.
Cookies, preferences and security
At launch this site does not load advertising or analytics trackers. Your colour-theme and reduced-motion choices may be saved in local browser storage. Hosting and security logs may record technical information such as IP address and request time to operate and protect the site. Provider processing may involve international transfers subject to applicable safeguards.
